STRONG LEGAL-PROTECTIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Waysite ("Company", "We", "Our") and the customer ("User", "Client", "You").

By purchasing or using any Waysite service, you agree to these terms without limitation or exception.

1. Nature of Service

Waysite provides subscription-based:

Dynamic E-commerce websites

Service websites

Portfolio websites

Admin panel access

Centralized hosting environment

Waysite does not act as a business partner, investor, financial intermediary, or legal advisor.

2. Subscription & Billing

All plans are yearly (12 months prepaid).

Full payment must be made before service activation.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

No chargebacks or payment reversals are permitted. Any dispute must be resolved directly with Waysite before initiating a bank dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated, Waysite reserves the right to immediately suspend services without notice.

3. Strict No Cancellation Policy

Once subscribed, cancellation is not permitted.

No refunds under any condition including:

Business loss

Change of mind

Lack of usage

Technical misunderstandings

Market performance issues

4. Scope Limitation

Only features explicitly listed in the subscribed plan will be delivered.

Any additional request is subject to:

Separate quotation

Separate billing

Separate development timeline

Waysite reserves full discretion to reject feature requests.

5. Hosting & Infrastructure

Websites are hosted on Waysite’s centralized infrastructure.

No root/server/database-level access will be provided.

Migration of full backend infrastructure is not guaranteed.

Waysite does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

6. Domain Policy

Domain registration may be done by Waysite or customer.

Domain ownership transfer is subject to:

Completion of all outstanding payments

Applicable transfer fees

Waysite is not responsible for:

Domain expiry due to non-renewal

Third-party registrar issues

7. Payment Gateway Disclaimer

Payment gateway integration is limited to technical setup only.

Waysite is not responsible for:

Payment failures

Settlement delays

Refund disputes

Gateway account suspension

KYC rejection

Chargebacks

All payment-related disputes must be addressed directly with the respective payment gateway provider.

8. Manual Payment Disclaimer

For manual payments (UPI, Bank Transfer, QR):

Waysite only displays payment details.

We are not responsible for:

Wrong transfers

Bank delays

Uncredited payments

Financial disputes

All such matters must be resolved directly with the financial institution.

9. Third-Party Plugins

Waysite is not liable for:

Plugin incompatibility

Security vulnerabilities

License expiry

Service discontinuation by plugin providers

Any paid plugin license cost must be borne by the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Waysite be liable for:

Loss of profits

Loss of business

Indirect damages

Consequential damages

Data loss

Reputation damage

Maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.

11. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold Waysite harmless against:

Legal claims

Government penalties

Customer disputes

Copyright violations

Tax violations

Fraudulent activity conducted through the User’s website

12. Immediate Suspension Rights

Waysite may suspend services without notice if:

Illegal activity is detected

Spam/fraud complaints are received

Payment disputes arise

Terms are violated

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of Waysite. Legal proceedings shall occur only in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Waysite is not obligated to maintain backups beyond reasonable retention period.

7. Policy Updates

🔁 RENEWAL & SUSPENSION POLICY

Subscription is valid for 12 months from activation date.
